OUR TEAM

Judge Lenihan currently has an 85% settlement rate primarily handling cases in the early discovery phase.  As one litigant stated: “I had never been in a situation like this business breakup before, and was a bit anxious, to say the least. I appreciate the fact that you were able to oversee the process so that it remained civil, allowed all sides to be heard, and kept us all moving toward a mutual agreement.”

She is pleased to include Jessica Lynch in the mediation, ENE and arbitration services offered by Lenihan ADR. Ms. Lynch and the Judge have taught mediation skills course to students at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, allowing her to observe firsthand Ms. Lynch’s excellent mediation skills. Over the course of her career, Jessica has handled matters – and resolved cases – involving civil litigation, employment law, class actions, landlord-tenant and family law. Her experience as in-house counsel for Alcoa brings a practical perspective to Lenihan ADR because Jessica knows and appreciates the realities of how corporate business operates.
