Judge Lenihan is pleased to include Jessica Lynch in the mediation, ENE, and arbitration services offered by Lenihan ADR. Ms. Lynch and the Judge have taught a mediation skills course to students at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, allowing her to observe first hand Ms. Lynch’s excellent mediation skills. Over the course of her career, Jessica has handled and resolved multiple matters including civil litigation, employment law, class actions, landlord-tenant, and family law. Her experience as in-house counsel for Arconic (formerly Alcoa Inc.) brings a practical perspective to Lenihan ADR, as Jessica knows and appreciates the realities of corporate business operations.
